Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing. The position’s responsibilities include developing, establishing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives; effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Branding and Promotion Activities
    • Expand and develop marketing platforms through partnerships with third parties e.g. TV, radio, online publications, malls, etc.
    • Create and manage branding content and coordinate production process.
    • Maintain branding schedule and budget throughout the year.
    • Work closely with editorial and production teams.
  • Event Activations for Existing Clients
    • Create events and activation based on clients’ briefs.
    • Planning, budgeting, and execution of events from sourcing vendors for decoration, venue, talent, database invitation, design and multimedia, until finalization of post event reports.
    • Work closely with sales and editorial teams.
  • Media Partnership
    • Handling incoming proposal for media partnership from clients.
    • Sourcing attendees for the clients’ events.
    • Make sure all the clients’ benefits are delivered as agreed.
    • Make sure the company’s brands are promoted in the events.
  • Digital Marketing Activities
    • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites and social platforms.
    • Developing and managing campaigns and activities to raise brand awareness and gain new audience.
    • Review new technologies to ensure the company stays in the forefront of developments across online and social platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum three years’ experience, with managerial experience.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing practices across all digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of online analytical tools.

Director of Operations

The Director of Operations position provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. He/She will lead the execution of strategies, delivering results on day-to-day, quarter-to-quarter basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.

The Director of Sales and Marketing position is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development strategies, both short and long term, targeted towards existing and new markets. He/She will manage all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management of the team. He/She must have a strong knowledge and understanding of print and digital media.
